I see your heart and I long for you to fill it with gratitude, not just for the grand miracles I perform, but for every whisper of My love in your life, the warmth of your family, the gift of health that lets you serve others and the answers to your prayers that I send like gentle breezes. Remember that it is written "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." I want you to live this way, turning every moment into a song of thanks, even in trials, because through them I draw you nearer to My Sacred Heart.

Approach Me in the Blessed Sacrament as you would a dear friend, pouring out your thanksgiving like the perfume Mary anointed My feet with. Let your adoration be a perpetual thanksgiving, "Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him, bless his name!" I desire for you to pause often, whether in a quiet chapel or in the chapel of your heart and thank Me for blessings big and small. Think of the ten lepers I healed, only one returned to give thanks and to him I said, "Your faith has made you well." Be that one, return to Me daily with a grateful spirit.

I ask of you to make gratitude your prayer. Remember that "And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." Let this be your guide, thank Me for your loved ones who reflect My love, for answered prayers that show My faithful providence. In adoration, whisper these thanks to Me. Come, adore and thank.
